Koppert Cress is a leader in innovative, sustainable ingredients for top chefs, hospitality, and gastronomy. Products find their way to chefs worldwide through wholesalers and from the chefs’ kitchen back to you. But the market is changing. Local players are gaining ground, a new generation of chefs is emerging, and many wholesalers are cumbersome and traditional. How do you stay relevant and leading as a brand in this complex field?
The solution
Based on a strategic audit, we developed a program from our formula ‘think big, start small, grow smart’ with the goal of making and keeping Koppert Cress relevant and top-of-mind among various target groups. A program where strategy, execution, activation, and optimization come together. Chefs, hospitality, and wholesale partners across Europe were reached through multi-channel campaigns and activations. We launched the first AI chef (agent) ever and managed to reach millions of chefs in the UK, Germany, and Austria through our campaigns and activate them towards the wholesalers.
